24.01.2022 Hello to my valued clients and friends of my Home-Spa Beauty page. For the first time in weeks, I was able to go for a walk since a few weeks ago. My lower back pain has eased but I still have more therapy and chiropractic visits yet. Home-Spa Beauty's Day Spa is still closed for treatments. I'm still experiencing discomfort in lower lumber area but rest assured all will be well in the end. I don't normally share personal life stories but I just wanted to let you all know that back pain is the worse! The number one cause of premature skin aging is exposure to the sun. We can help protect our skin by applying a sunscreen that is suitable to our skin. Please remember to use sunscreen on your hands, ears, neck, these areas of the body are exposed to the dangerous UVA rays of the sun. I will post some pictur...es of a variety of sunscreen that you can easily buy at any pharmacy. Always reapply sunscreen after swimming at the beach or at your local pool. Many sunscreens are designed these days to hydrate, protect and beautify your skin.. P.S invest in a good hat that can cover well, if you're going to spend time at the beach. plus a good pair of sunglasses too. I did some Christmas shopping this morning and cannot wait to wrap them up and hand them out to all my deserving friends and clients here at Home-Spa Beauty. From 5 December, 2020. the West Australian government has made it mandatory for business like mine to keep a contact register list. This applies to all business and venues and will provide valuable information to help the Department of Health with COVID-19 contact tracing.
