23.01.2022 Sydney's air quality is amongst the lowest in the world today. NSW Health has advised cut backs on strenuous outdoor activities, as well as going outside in general if you can. Those with chronic respiratory or heart conditions are especially advised to avoid all outdoor physical activities and stay indoors where possible. It's also recommended that you carry your inhaler, follow your Asthma Action Plan, and keep your other medication with you for all breathing-related con...ditions. If you start experiencing symptoms, even if you're otherwise fit and healthy, seek medical advice as soon as possible. Stay Safe!

06.01.2022 In Australia, Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) is a leading cause of death. Prompt defibrillation (a shock delivered within the first 3-5 minutes after the victim collapses) can increase survival rate of the victim by 50%. Currently worldwide, less than 5% of victims survive largely due to the fact that an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) did not arrive in time. Even though more than 30,000 people die from SCA every year, there is scant distribution of defibrillators - both at the workplace and in public places.
05.01.2022 Stay safe everyone. Please follow NSW Rural Fire Service for regular updates. Also, much love to our courageous firefighters battling the blazes across the country. #NSWFires. Photo credit - The Daily Telegraph
