18.01.2022 At this exact time each year, we very excitedly turn our lights on for first night of Christmas lights.. this year has been pretty tough, and going to end it tough with no lights.. we have been doing lights for 25 years and this year will be the first with none... we were so proud of our efforts last year, so decided to share a few photos of our 2019 light display in replacement of a big Christmas light 2020 official ‘turn on’ We hope everyone has a great Christmas and happy... new year. Hoping the rest of 2020 treats you well and 2021 is a much better one .. We look forward to seeing you all in December 2021!

16.01.2022 Weekend 8 progress.... Lights looking pretty good.. had a test run (forgot to take photos).. time is just going so quickly and lights are a slow process.. looking forward to seeing the finished product 6 weeks 1 day and 1 hour - until the official big ‘lights on’ event
16.01.2022 Exciting news! We have just been contacted by our firefighter friend Marty! Not only is he coming to say hi tonight he is also bringing some friends from Eastern Creek Rural Fire Brigade.. they’re bringing firefighter hats to take photos in, and safely plans to show everyone! The firefighters will also be there to accept any food, drinks or money donations you’d like to make... Please come along (they will be there from 7pm tonight) - see you tonight
15.01.2022 Weekend 3 progress.... Another weekend done and dusted.. had a little trial run tonight and they’re looking pretty good Dad was very productive this weekend and got heaps done! 11 weeks 1 day and 22 hours - until the official big ‘lights on’ event

We have just been contacted the the Eastern Creek Rural Fire Brigade that they will be coming to visit us tonight (maybe after 8:30pm or so) Come along, say hi and thank you and give any donation possible - all donations count ... #ThankYouFirefighters
15.01.2022 Happy new year everyone! We are SO excited to announce that this year our donations have been AMAZING! Together we have managed to raise a whopping ... $3,477.65 $2,627.65 for Lights For Kids between 1/12/19 to 28/12/19 $850 Firefighter donations for Muogamarra Rural Fire Station and Eastern Creek Rural Fire Brigade - between 21/12/19 to 28/12/19 Thank you again to every single person that has come and looked at our lights, had a chat to us while here and put in any small or large donation.. we really appreciate the support and encouragement from you all We hope to see all of you again in December 2020! Have a wonderful 2020, we hope it is kind and brings you love, happiness and success!

04.01.2022 It’s with great regret that we have decided that Le Roux Christmas Lights will not have our display on this year, this has come after a very lengthy and hard de...cision (we have been doing Christmas Lights for 25 years and this year already spent 8 weeks putting decorations up) however due to Covid and the unknown we will have this year off and hopefully next year can be bigger and better (Covid free) - thank you for your support... Congratulations to both of our winners, your colouring was awesome! Thank you to all that entered, it was a super hard decision as everyone did such an amazing job! Thank you for your kind donation, we and the Lights For Kids really appreciate it To the parents of our winners, please make contact by 2pm Saturday 4th January to collect the prize - if no contact made by this time, the colouring competition will be re-judged
