I don’t think I could have picked a worse year to start a business and be self employed BUT we have almost made it through #2020 hurdling every obstacle in our way! We are continually changing the way we do things and taking every precaution possible to ensure the wellbeing of our clients and our dedicated cleaners. Since the outbreak of COVID-19 we have implemented these additional standards: - Every employee of Less Mess Maddie has completed the Australian Government Department of Health Infection Control Training. - We have requested that any of o...ur clients that are unwell or have recently travelled get tested and cancel/reschedule their appointment for a later date. - All cleaners have and will continue to practice strict social distancing. - All cleaners have and will continue to practice strict hand hygiene. - Sanitising all frequently touched surfaces (e.g. tables, doorknobs, light switches). - And requesting ONLY contactless payment. As we have now been put back into stage 3 restrictions we will also implement that all cleaners have their temperature tested before starting work for the day and entering your homes & places of work. Over the next few months we will be closely following all advice received from the Department of Health and World Health Organisation to continue to best manage this situation.
