Unforunately, two items we are no longer able to accept effective immediately is soft toys and video tapes. There ARE charities that accept them items, however, its not logistically possible to get these items passed on due to distance and time. We hope that all our customers understand.

05.01.2022 We have had a few enquiries about end of lease cleaning, which we DO provide in normal circumstances, however, I have today clarified with DHHS the following : During Stage 4 lockdown, the following is no longer permitted: * All gardening services, both, private or NDIS/Aged care package etc. are on hold for 6 weeks... * All private residential cleaning services, vacate cleans etc. - on hold for 6 weeks. Still permitted: * All NDIS or Aged care package Cleaning services come under Disability/Health & Safety exemptions, are still classed as an essential service and are permitted to carry on. * All commercial disinfecting cleaning services - still essential. Which means, end of lease cleaning for general clients (NON NDIS) is NOT permitted under the Stage 4 lockdown. There are people out in the community trying to find loopholes in the restrictions, but we aren't. Why? Because 1 - we don't want a fine and 2 - we want to do the RIGHT thing. Please stay safe and look after yourselves
