08.01.2022 I DON'T WANT TO BE HERE. Stylish Odds was reluctantly shoved into a starting box on 29 Oct. He suffered a fractured leg. Another catastrophic injury on Tasmania's tracks. Stylish Odds used to be owned by Susan Gittus. You may remember that Gittus is the head of the government-funded industry adoption program (GAP) in Tasmania who was suspended after pleading guilty to a doping charge. She blamed contaminated meat for the positive test. There has been a lot of attention recently on the danger of 'knackery' meat being fed to greyhounds. The RSPCA is also demanding that the Government ensure GAP management is at arm's length from greyhound racing participants like Gittus. Since her suspension, Gittus has 'legally' transferred greyhounds including Stylish Odds to her husband.
