24.01.2022 http:// Online Transition Workshop for Parents and Students // In partnership with BATForce (Barwon Adolescent Task Force) Golden Plains Youth are delivering a FREE ...online Transitions Program on Wednesday 18 November from 6:30pm 7:45pm. We know that young people who are supported in their learning (social and academic) and come from homes where learning is valued have better outcomes in education and in life. We also know that the transition from primary to secondary school can be challenging for young people as well as their parents / guardians / carers. With this in mind we have created an engaging and informative session that will be delivered by guest presenter Leigh Bartlett. The session will explore how people feel about transition, what to expect, how to deal with emerging adolescence as a Family as well as create a bit of a looking glass as to what some of the issues may arise might be. 14.01.2022 A message from CommunityOSH: Dear Lethbridge Families, Join us on the 16th for our Japanese inspired Curriculum Day Program. Children will make their own kendama toy, learn to cook okonomiyaki, cheer on their paper sumo wrestler and master the art of Japanese calligraphy.... Bookings are currently low so in order for the program to run we really need a few more to join us!! After the child care subsidy is applied the out of pocket cost is only on average on $22 which is super affordable for a full day of care.
