23.01.2022 Today I am doing a stocktake of my freezer and writing down everything I have in it, and I will work out what meals I can make using what I have from the fridge & pantry. I may need to get a couple of things from the supermarket but not alot. A great way to use up some things that have been at the back of the freezer for a while.

Write a "to do list' and write it in order of most important. Tick everything off as you go. Lists are simple but writing things down takes a huge weight off your shoulders. 20.01.2022 I would like to share this recipe as it is a great breakfast hack. I make one on a Sunday or Monday, cut it up and put it into an air tight container. My girls just grab a piece out for a quick on the go breaky each morning. I use normal milk, but you can also use coconut or almond milk. Use a banana or stewed apple in place of an egg if needed. The other great thing is that you can put whatever you like in it. I tried banana & peanut butter, Apple & cinnimon, Nutella & raspberries or you can use any fruit you you like. Enjoy
