25.01.2022 Hi Tomorrow salad is a Moroccan spiced roast cauliflower salad with couscous . It’s new and will have nuts , Cranberries and pomegranate’s mixed through . Of course there will be extra vegetables and the dressing will be creamy and delicious based on TAHINI. Yum!!! Sorry no photo as this is the first time I have tried it but expecting it to be delicious cauliflower has definitely been my new favourite. This one will have a lemon Vinaigrette and will be packed full of vegetables, fennel, capsicum, cucumber, Beans ,snow peas and more.It’s going to be fresh and crunchy but still have just enough Pearl barley to keep you full. So it’s roasted pumpkin and sweet red onion salad with Buckwheat, cranberries , chickpeas , spinach and some crunchy fresh veg . Finished with a sweet zesty orange dressing and of course topped with some Feta ,seasoned toasted pumpkin andsunflower seeds . So tomorrow salad is a delicious raw vegetable and lentil salad with loads of leafy greens and a delicious creamy coriander dressing. It has raisins mixed through it and it’s topped with Cherry tomatoes and pumpkin seeds. The generous amount of delicious dressing is sweet tangy yoghurt based , then The salad is topped with seeds and nuts that are roasted with a little honey. Tomorrow salad is a roasted root vegetable(sweet potato,carrot , turnip, potato, beetroot)salad with cauliflower rice and marinated chickpeas. finally topped with delicious feta and spice roasted pumpkin seeds . It’s coated in all the beautiful Zesty herb marinade from the chickpeas and rich juices from The roasted veggies. The salad is gluten-free.... 08.01.2022 Hello again. I’m making a spiced roasted cauliflower salad with Quinoa and chickpeas. The Curry yoghurt dressing is creamy and a little bit spicy, you can always add more yoghurt if it’s a little spicy for you. There will be some extra veggies added like kale , capsicum , peas and celery and more. Then there’s some delicious raisins mixed through for a touch of sweet and some seeds and nuts on top for a bit of crunch. Yum Yum I really can’t wait to get into this one. This one has cranberries and dates mixed through and it’s going to be topped with some toasted nuts and seeds , crumbly feta cheese and has mint and coriander mixed through the salad. I have added cooked Pearl barley ,currants and topped with feta cheese,walnuts and some seeds . The dressing is delicious , it’s A ranch Style dressing made with yoghurt. It’s packed with flavour and this salad will come with a very generous serving .
