The Opportunity An exciting opportunity for an experienced rural General Practitioner/s (GP) to join our well-established mixed billings practice (formerly known as Fitzroy Street Medical Clinic) in Kerang Victoria. You will be working alongside a team of highly experienced GPs in Kerang's largest practice. The new GP/s will take over an existing patient base from a departing GP (expect to see 25+ patients per day). You will receive onsite operational and clinical management support. As the largest provider of primary care, the doctors in the practice have VMO rights at the Kerang Hospital and provide rostered on call services to the Hospital. Doctors are supported by experienced Practice Nurses with dedicated treatment rooms. The Medical Clinic is part of a large Community Health Service providing integrated client care with access to allied health services such as; Podiatry, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Diabetes Education, Asthma Education. Counselling services such as; Generalist Counselling, AOD counselling, Withdrawal programs, Youth Support Services and other programs like the Life! program, Indigenous Children's Program and many more! If you have Anaesthetic or Obstetric qualification, then we have some exciting opportunities for you!
