16.01.2022 A week after RU OK? Dan's family has suffered a loss of a life long family friend; a loss, that for the moment has no rhyme or seemingly reason. Dan and his family are in a state of numbness. As I laid in the final moments of today, I remembered the date of my final assessment for "Digital Media Project 1" and knew immediately what my assessment for this term would be; my brother's presence is all too strong. Almost immediately I had images coming to mind; pointillist drawin...gs he's encouraging me to make, my hands moving up and down a keyboard (I will try), photos I will take, voices I hope to record and the title. I had to get up and write it all down. It will be a rocky 10 weeks, but hopefully cathartic as well while bringing how family and friends heal to the forefront. #WhenAllIsSaidAndDone Amanda and Daniel

08.01.2022 For months I've been looking at the space in our bedroom; my most favourite books, statues, crystals, candles and small boxes filled with little treasures. For weeks I have felt pulled, at times with sternness, to shake the crap off and get on with my purpose. Last week, Thursday to be exact, it happened. A day where I clicked; a day that began with turmoil and my mind reelling, and ended in spiritual empowerment, with events on Friday lifting me fully back to a beautiful sp...ace; a space that needs to become my everyday. This week, this morning, I sat down and wrote; wrote exactly what came to my mind. All my thoughts and their feelings, and a vibration of calmness and wellness settled over and around me. 'The Artist's Way' tells me I have to write three pages a day, but I don't h.a.v.e to do anything; so I wrote for 30 minutes. 30 beautiful minutes of connection, centredness and inner balance. Reminders of what I need to do today filtered through; I jotted them down on a post-it and went back to my writing. 05.01.2022 Forever, I've shared my passion for studying with the hope of inspiring others to look into something that will inspire them and lead to a better life. Tonight, quite out of the blue, a friend told me she enrolled into TAFE because of my posts. I'm so honoured and so proud of her, knowing how hard she and her husband work, and her faith in trying something different to improve their lives. I believe with every fibre of my being in her and in completing her course #SoProud Amanda and Daniel

01.01.2022 This lady is seriously funny, but I don't feel the need to give anger, frustration and the other negatives pointed out, 'back' to anyone; what's done is done, and I believe the rest is karmic opportunity. I chose to put one foot in front of the other every day, wrapped myself up every night in a kind, gentle and healing space, and kissed and cuddled my girls so they felt safe, loved and wanted, until I was ready to look out into the world again. By then (some 15 months la...ter), Faith in the Universe was a cornerstone of my every day. That no matter what happened, I would not only survive, but I would find the lesson in the experience, I would seek to understand the negative therefore turning it into a positive, and while there were days spent on the mat, there sometimes still are, I get back up every time... that little bit stronger, that little bit wiser and #IKeepKeepingOn. And what happened? Daniel was there, my best friend of 20 years, waiting patiently as he always had, hoping for me to be ready. Only this time I was ready to adore him, need him, love him. For us to share our lives, blend our families and move forward together. So remember, #ImLivingProof that #PositiveFocusChangesLives and that's #TrueStrength, so have faith that #TheUniverseProvides and #LetsBeJustForToday. Amanda
