Including a vegan timbale of wild smokey mushrooms with avocado and a roasted sweet red pepper coulis - vegan, gf Roast peach, prosciutto, ricotta and fig salad - gf Scallop ceviche with Japanese salad in ponzu dressing, trout caviar and sake- pickled cucumber- gf Are you getting hungry yet?
