10.01.2022 It’s been a year to survive for food trucks. Most of us are well established in major events and have been doing the circuits that most people don’t even realise exist, but when Covid hit, we went from the things you sustain but don’t even notice, to being the things that have nowhere to go. The thing is, we are all actually small businesses in your backyard. And boy, did we find the right communities who fully appreciated this!!! Thank you to the following areas that under...stood that and have kept us from sinking: Cromer / Jannali / St Ives / Freshwater / Avalon / Miranda / Wollongong / Gerringong Without your communities we aren’t sure where we would be this year. It’s now time for us to do what we do best: share the dumpling (and bun) love across the state and travel around to the greater NSW. But. We will be back. We will miss you and you will miss us! That’s the beautiful thing about this nightmare we have all experienced: we found love in the strangest place(s)! We will be back for a visit real soon and we will catch all of you regulars.
