21.01.2022 FREE HEARING TEST AT LET'S FLOURISH THIS SATURDAY 1ST DAY OF SPRING Just to let you know that we have National Hearing Care coming to Let's Flourish. If a hearing review has been on your list or your loved ones list for some time, come on down and get your hearing checked this Saturday between 10-2pm.... Each check lasts a maximum of 20 minutes. Hearing checks are an important part of periodical testing for all Australians over the age of 50, and particularly for those who suffer from other conditions which impact hearing (such as diabetes) If there is a need for audiological referral (i.e. if a hearing loss is detected as a result of the hearing check),you will be encouraged to attend their clinic in Kingston (Channel Court Shopping Centre) for a 60 minute assessment with one of their clinicians. Hear you there!

21.01.2022 I will be having a Let's Flourish stand at the magnificent breakfast promoting men's wellbeing and diabetes prevention. I will be using the AUSDRISK diabetes screening assessment tool for men to fill out and take to their GP. I will also be doing blood pressure checks. Please come and say hello and share some breakfast with me :)))

13.01.2022 One more sleep until the fist day of Spring......Yippee, looking forward to sunshine and more flowers. Tomorrow promise to be a day of warmth, laughter,fun and relaxation. There will be music, delicious food, drinks,cooking demo, hearing tests, artwork, painting and comfy couches to sit and chat with friends over a drink. Look forward to seeing you tomorrow.
