It is $50 to join and all proceeds go to a young man and his family, to assist with his recovery from a terrible mountain bike accident last year. I have a connection to this event through a close friend of mine, it really touched my heart as he is the same age as my son,I can’t begin to imagine how hard it has been for him and his family. What you may not know though is the show ran from 1982 - 2005, over 24 seasons, 4500 shows and was viewed around the world! Whilst we have a bit of a giggle at it now, it was ahead of it’s time, internationally renowned, and Australia woke up to Aerobics Oz Style every morning for 24years! Here is a little reminder....
