Being the health nut I am, I'm always looking at ways to create my favourite meals without packaging and all the added nasties Taco Bowls are equally delish (if not better!) ... This was a simple mix of: Cauliflower (thinly sliced) Mixed beans (rinsed) Cumin, paprika and a little garlic Sautee in a little olive oil, until cauliflower is cooked So simple! Then add all your fave toppings! Avocado is always a winner!
