02.01.2022 Hi everyone, we have important information for you Operating uncertainty in Asia -- with travel restrictions, port closures and the potential for more with the ...regional response to coronavirus -- is increasing. With such ongoing uncertainty, we have today made the difficult decision to cancel Pacific Explorer’s Indonesian Explorer cruise (X008) due to depart Singapore on February 28, 2020. While no travel restrictions currently apply to Singapore or other destinations on the itinerary, operational uncertainty has reached an unacceptable level. Guests booked on the cruise have tonight been contacted directly with this news. We certainly share their disappointment at this development. To acknowledge their disappointment we have offered a full refund of the cruise fare paid, a 50% future cruise credit and we will also consider reimbursement of any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses.
