03.01.2022 Let's Rumble Fitness is a Muay Thai/ Kickboxing/ Personal Training gym located in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains who cater to ANY and ALL levels of fitness and ...sport. From young children to seasoned fighters to your general weight loss, whatever your goal is we will work with you to succeed and achieve your goals and dreams, whether it is to one day compete in Kickboxing/ K1/ Muay Thai or to help you lose those extra kilograms that you just can't get rid of or if you just enjoy smashing away on the pads or heavy bag. No one is to old, to big, to weak, to 'inexperienced' or to 'small' to train in a combat sport!! We have trained people in Muay Thai and various forms of self defence for 8+ years and have had clients big and small, young and old, with various health problems/ injuries, amateur and professional athletes, and fat loss goals. We promise that whatever your fitness goal is We will accomodate to your needs and time. All we ask in return is commitment and the willingness to train!! Liam is the current MASA East Coast Muay Thai Champion, bronze and silver medalist in wako and MTA nationals and former junior NSW kickboxing champion Bookings are essential: One on one private lessons 2 on 1 privates (halve the price and have double the fun with a friend) Small group lessons Regular classes run at 6:15pm and 7:15pm every Thursday
