16.01.2022 Movember is upon us! Movember and men’s health is so important to us at LETSS and is a cause that hits close to home for many of our peer workers. Our team have shared their experiences of dads, uncles, brothers and family who have faced challenges and struggled to speak out about their battles with mental health and physical health, with prostate cancer, depression, suicide and anxiety among our lived experience. By talking openly about his experience, it has allowed other friends of his to share their own battles with their physical and mental health. LETSS Peer Worker There are so many ways to support this cause and raise awareness of men’s mental health and break the stigma!

But did you know there are a range of other activities that can aid the brain in similar ways? Have a look below!

09.01.2022 Have you ever found yourself talking to LETSSanswering the same old questions, and thinking it would be so much easier to have a file explaining what’s been going on for you BUT you’re not keen on having identifying information recorded about you? You can have the best of both worlds with an Anonymous File under an alias! Just give us the name you would like to be known as. We will keep your notes under that name and you never have to tell us your real name - easy! Mental h...ealth support should be comfortable for all to access. This is our way to hopefully make it more comfortable for you to reach out. #letssbreakthestigma #letssreachout
