24.01.2022 My 2 clients have only had a couple of PT sessions and already those cms are coming off !! The scales numbers I don’t focus on as our body weight fluctuates all the time ie. menstrual, water weight , blood volume if the workout was intense .. lots of things can alter your weight but that doesn’t mean you aren’t progressing .. keep pushing thru the pain and the results will appear if you are 100 % dedicated

16.01.2022 Hello ladies ! I know getting back in shape can be hard I know it was difficult for me trying to recover from an ankle injury and keep eating clean . Yes it can have it ups and downs but the most important aspect is being consistent with it . You will have off days and moments where you just aren’t feeling it but giving up shouldn’t be an option at all . ... Knowing you have a plan in place is crucial as it helps set you up for efficient weight loss . Set small goals 1kg at a time don’t rush it . There is no need too . Be patient with yourself as the body needs time to adjust to a new routine . Your body will go thru changes and sometimes progress will stop but that’s ok it’s just your body telling you to slow down and recover more. Consistency, plan and patience= success !
15.01.2022 FACT : Create a new habit = 21 days Create a lifestyle = 90 days ... You want to lose fat around your belly or melt away the muffin top but you want it gone like straight away cause you can’t be stuffed putting in the hard work for it. So you : 1. Look at the latest craze of shakes, pills, detox teas , fat burners anything that basically helps you lose FLUID for the first couple of weeks which you can’t sustain long term. 2. You join a bootcamp or gym in hopes you will be motivated to get in shape but your diet sorta isn’t great but you will make it work somehow :@ 3. You go on a salad diet where you eat super healthy throughout the day and are raiding the fridge by 8pm but you went for a walk today so you should burn it off right ? :/ The Result: You become worse off then what you started with, become more sceptical when being approached with weight loss gimmicks and just think I have to be accepting with the way I look which in return slowly eats away your confidence. Ladies .. There is a solution. 1. Find a good coach. The greatest Trainer , Athletes have their own coaches helping them achieve their best results! 2. Invest in your health. Getting in shape and achieving the goals couldn’t be made easier when you are guided how to train and eat right , have your results tracked and monitored for maximum results. 3. Get in the right head space. Starting a healthy lifestyle is all about how you view the whole experience. Will be a challenging journey ? Will it turn me into a active person with loads of energy ? Will It finally get me wearing my skinny jeans this summer ? 13.01.2022 Meal Preps I’ve done recently ... I get extremely busy most days so meal prepping is important for me and keeps both hubby and I accountable with our portions of food we eat and I’ve also prepped some meals for the kiddies ( they love pasta )
13.01.2022 MOTIVATION MONDAY Me before kids (left): Behind my smile I knew nothing fit me the way I wanted it too . Food became my comfort and the only thing that I felt didn’t let me down. I was always tired , restless sleep , out of breath all the time and I had no motivation what so ever. Me after my first child (right): Energetic, happy on the inside out, food no longer was my comfort but a means to fuel my body right. Exercise became my passion ! ... This is what 30kgs of extra fat does to you. I am my own weight loss story and I understand the struggles women go through to try and achieve the body they desire. It doesn’t have to be a dream. 09.01.2022 Supplements ladies .. Who is using them ? Who is considering using them ?... We can sometimes get stuck in our workout routine so we start looking for fat burners or energy boosters and cause there is so much on the market you just don’t know what to choose from. So I put together these supplements I’ve used and still use today.

With her busy lifestyle I was able to in still better lifestyle habits so her fitness levels can continuously keep increasing and keeping her motivated to keep achieving new health goals .
