24.01.2022 #letsstarttheconversation WHAT A YEAR 2020 has been !!! The summer holidays are a time when many people embark on a spending binge and time well spent with the family. ... However, we see an amazing oppertunity also to save some money and gear up for an amazing 2021. The property industry nearly comes to a stand still for around four weeks over summer. Real estate agents, solicitors and conveyances generally take this time off. Property purchases drop away and mortgage brokers end up being relatively quiet. This year however, we will be working right through the summer break. Our intention is to use this pause in business conditions to conduct home loan health checks for our clients. The mortgage industry is amazingly competitive at the moment so there are plenty of bargains to be found. If you have not reviewed your mortgage over the last 12 months there is a fair chance that you are paying more than you should for your loan.
