14.01.2022 Our granny flat coming along with brickwork complete and acid cleaned ,Roof tiles installed, lower level eaves installed, gyprocker sheeted walls and ceilings and internal wiring and plumbing complete.

09.01.2022 We have uploaded our new proposed Granny Flat display concept architectural plans for Lets Talk Building ,all enquiries forward to our Website or Facebook !! This is our concept designs thoughts to an existing dwelling!! Drawings uploaded off the remodeling...,to include open plan kitchen areas with cathedral ceiling an alfresco and a private lap pool with water features. We can Offer our client's an oasis retreat within there own home....!!!

08.01.2022 Start of ground works for our new display Granny Flat and garage. Mark out, excavate and poured footings!!

08.01.2022 Update on our display Granny Flat, Brickwork cleaned plus with all internal electrical and plumbing completed after plaster board install.Ceilings painted, water proofing to wet areas, tiles installed and door frames in position !!

08.01.2022 Concrete slab completed, frames and trusses erected !!

04.01.2022 Front door fitted, internal doors , architrave and skirting fixed off , installation off waterproofing , tiler has started , and painting in progress !!
