I’ve taken a liking - or more a LOVING - to cookie cake toppers, which are hand cut and these ones are adorned with edible images by @becaked I seriously love creating kids cakes. They allow a wild creative freedom, over the top use of sprinkles and random colour combinations. 08.01.2022 CHRISTMAS WREATH CAKE Getting in the Christmas mood is kind of interesting when you live in the tropical part of Australia, where it’s 30 degrees Celsius most days. It’s quite different from the gold, snowy Germany where I grew up. Leading up we’d visit Christmas markets, drink mulled wine, hot food and bake loads of Christmas cookies.... I baked some cookies with my son Jax last week, the aircon blasting, then we took some to the beach for a swim. It’s a different Christmas and hopefully in the near future I’ll be able to show the kid a winter Christmas
