09.01.2022 Charity Ball at comet rodeo grounds in March 2019 for Mental Health Awareness ran by comet rodeo association/committee. 350 roast meals plated and served within 45 minutes. 8 choppers and preparer’s, over 10 runners of the plates. 430am start, fires on by 530am, 10pm finish MASSIVE day, but boy what an experience, all for a good cause!

04.01.2022 We’ve been tossing up trying a stuffed baked potato in the ovens with all the standard fillings: pulled beef pulled pork grated cheese sour cream ... bacon spring onion capsicum What fillings/sauces/condiments would you want to see in a stuffed potato?
