09.01.2022 12 weeks ago I gave myself a goal which was to transform my body after the birth of my 3rd child on October 25, 2016. My goal weight I wanted to achieve was 60kg but mostly I wanted to shape my body. While pregnant I kept training, I continued lifting heavy and doing cardio, as I got further into my training I did make adjustments due to my growing belly but I didn't stop. After the birth of my son I gave myself 3 months of slowly getting back into the swing of things, then w...hen he was 3 months old I set myself the challenge to get serious. My starting weight 12 weeks ago was 69kg, the day I went into hospital I weighed 86kg, i did drop the baby weight but to transform I would need to commit to a clean diet and consistent training which would involve cardio and weight training. Today I completed my mission and can happily say that even though I was 1kg off my goal weight I did transform my body I hope this inspires you and know that anything you put your mind to you will achieve it! Over the past 12 weeks I trained Jan 3 days a week, he followed my meal plan and training advice, I'm stoked with his results, he always smashed out his sessions and pushed past his limits.
