11.01.2022 Well chuffed the best seafood market in the area is within 5km from mine. Low cal weekend cooking for one. Sat oyster lunch 299cal including fresh whole grain bread & juice. Sun dinner 355cal - flathead, prawns, orange cauliflower couscous & corn purée. And a new Mexican spice mix recipe & more veggie crackers for work. I think l got the better deal & the girls from work missed out.
