Please note NEW times for my Thursday Zoom Yoga class * * 3.50pm AEST - this one was added as it is 7.50am in Germany and 5.50pm in New Zealand! 5.00 - 6.00pm AEST *6.15 - 7.15pm AEST - we will modify this one by slowing down & getting ready for sleep I'm currently setting up an online membership! That will include live classes and access to the recordings. You can join for unlimited classes, 5 per month or 10 per month. DM me with what prices you'd love to see for this membership! These online adults classes will be available weekly mornings afternoons & evenings - Gentle Hatha Hatha Gentle Vinyasa Vinyasa Yin Restorative Yoga Therapy for teens and kids will be available online too. My mission is to make yoga accessible to everybody. By paying for my face to face and online yoga classes, mini retreats, retreats, special events and contributing to my fundraisers I am then able to offer free and discounted yoga to people in the community who cannot afford to pay full price. Not only do you work on your own mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing, you are contributing to others.
