We run a fast-paced kitchen, open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week, 364 days a year. Our new apprentices must have outstanding availability, particularly in our Christmas and Summer peak periods. ... The positions are full time with an annualised salary, plus potential for bonuses. Training will be completed on-site and through Tas TAFE. Applicants must be committed to completing the 4-year apprenticeship, and will work 38 hours per week, across a 5 day work week. The successful applicants will have the opportunity to work with chefs and mentors that have a combined experience of over 80 years. We’re after enthusiastic applicants who are seeking a long-term career in the hospitality industry, and are able to work in a high-pressure, fast paced environment. You’ll be expected to work hard, but it’s tonnes of fun, and you’ll be supported by a great team.
