Here is Greg using simple leg lifts to strengthen his range of hip flexion Prior to this we worked on EXPANDING his range, teaching the body that it can safely go further than what it thinks... Note how he is doing his best to hold his hips still during movement. 20.01.2022 How do you get better at a movement? Get stuck in and do the movement!! Today I finished my workout with this amazing #animalflow move. I hadn't done them in a while so I decided to just get in and do them! I didn't attempt too many different movements as I didn't want to confuse my body while I got used to them again. I just worked through a few sets of the one movement. 16.01.2022 Got tight lats? Grab yourself a band, hang it from something and give this stretch a try! You'll want to loop your hand into the band and lean away from your bands anchor point. This will help pull your lats insertion (Humerus) away from the origin (T7-L5 + Iliac crest) Try 30 seconds as part of your warm up or minimum 2 minutes for more static stretching long term effect....
