17.01.2022 Leveltec was called upon for an urgent and very important job this week! We service clients in the mining, industrial, shipping, and rail industries but this was our first food client. Sydney Coffee Roasters contacted us for a replacement switchgear to fix a coffee machine. No working coffee machine meant no coffee and we couldn’t have that! 09.01.2022 Whaylla Steelworks required a custom solution for an upgrade to their onsite teeming cranes with Crane Boarding Switches for increased safety when performing maintenance. The client needed a solution that could be replicated and delivered in stages and I am so proud of our team for coming up with a part that met the client’s requirements for the switches. These modular crane boarding switch enclosures were manufactured under our inhouse BSH brand and are designed to relia...bly low currents signals at extra low voltage in the harshest environments. They were manufactured from 316 stainless steel with X15 orange colour and featured an integrated identification plate along with external mounting plates to ensure easy installation and use. More than 100 switches were supplied on time and installed on the site for phase one and phase two of the project, enduring some of the harshest dust and heat exposure without switch failure. 06.01.2022 Always something interesting happening at Leveltec! This week we have deck controllers in production. These on deck winch controllers will sit proudly on our defence force ships and ready for action when called upon. Through collaboration of manufacturing partners in Australia, New Zealand and Germany this equipment can be locally asset managed and overhauled.
