It provides a great opportunity to develop eccentric loading capability’s of the legs. we uses this exercise or a modified version of it at some of strength and conditioning classes. These sessions are held every Tuesday and Friday at Wentworth Falls Lake 6am. Come join the squad if you are looking to develop your general athleticism and fitness.
