19.01.2022 Congrats Rob Fraser on smashing his bench-press PB! His previous single rep max was 110kg, but today we achieved two reps at the same weight, and then a single rep at 120kg (which we missed getting on camera, unfortunately). 10.01.2022 Big ups to Rich for getting a PB on on the leg press today! He just turned 40, was weighing in at 115kg, feeling tired all the time, and could barely get through a session without feeling sick. Now, a month later he is 5kg lighter and feeling much more energetic. His strength has also improved, with more confidence in his lifting he was able to hit 250kgs on the leg press for 10 reps, on his third set. That's over 120kgs heavier than when we first started! Keep up the good work mate and let the results keep coming!
