25.01.2022 Here is a roof we stripped and repaired. Due to old age and earth movement, The ground decided to come with it. We removed all tiles, battened out as much as possible and was in touch with the property owner through out the winter to ensure we did not leave any leaks behind. Glad to say Mission Accomplished!!!

21.01.2022 Stripped, Ridge capping replaced, render repairs, all gutters bitumen painted using 3 coats, a fresh lick of paint and a once over of the entire roof to ensure all downpipes are flowing freely with no obstructions or restrictions. Upon completion the stormwater-system is now put through the test ensuring its capable of handling everything our clients triple storey monster has to offer!

10.01.2022 Due to constant ongoing maintenance requirements at a shopping centre facility in Kilsyth, the body corporate management opted to renew this water line commencing from the authority water meter, and terminating at the final tenancy. (Coles) Connection of 15 tenancies during business hours arose the need for temporary water services whilst works where being undertaken. Fulfilling our clients obligations to their tenants and contracts by avoiding any disruptions or inconvenience during operating businesses hours is something we are delighted to cater for!
