07.01.2022 The LF Team attended Barbagallo Raceway last night for the KYP Time Attack Event, running the longterm RX8 build project car - now complete. Jordan, Murray, Rob, Freddie and Kim contributed to a faultless shakedown. Everyone's looking forward to carving out lower lap times over coming months... ... Kim describes it as a magnificent car to drive first up and thanks his partner Murray Hynes and team LF Performance, for their contributions.

06.01.2022 We offer for sale a newly built EVO IX engine that was built in house at LF Performance. This engine was to be fitted to an EVO IX that was sold prior to completion of engine build. It has never been run or installed. Mitsubishi 4G63 MIVEC 2.4 Litre Stroker Engine Acid dipped and cleaned block as starting point The engine has been built with performance and reliability in mind. It is a 2.4 Litre stroker with SCAT racing crank and rods... ACL Performance bearings throughout JE Performance pistons with oil support rings and Nitrite rings. Ring end gaps have been ground to spec. Pistons have been notched to clear oil squirters and weights rechecked. Fitted with a new alloy front block timing cover incorporating new oil pump. It has TMR timing belt and balance belts with new timing belt tensioner and pulleys. Uses genuine Mitsubishi Gaskets and seals. Cylinder head has been serviced and rebuilt with all clearances etc checked with race conditions in mind and refitted with comp head gasket and ARP head studs. It has Tomei 260 Degree camshafts installed with adjustable cam gear Fitted with PLAZMAMAN inlet manifold and Billet 72mm throttle body Baffled sump with windage tray This engine has been newly built, never run and never installed.
