24.01.2022 Wednesday Night Kickboxing Hello Team Tonight we will have an awesome Kickboxing class at Jamison Park at 6:30pm-7:15pm. Remember you all need to bring your own equipment (Boxing Gloves, Focus Pads, Mats) due to Covid-19 rules around boxing and non-sharing of equipment. Please take the Batt St entrance into Jamison Park and we are located on the netball courts, near the netball office.... ALSO TEAM REMEMBER WE HAVE A ‘NO SOLDIER ON’ POLICY. IF YOU FEEL UNWELL PLEASE STAY AT HOME, WE HAVE TO KEEP OURSELVES AND OTHERS SAFE FROM COVID-19.

24.01.2022 Final Shred Challenge For 2020 Completed!!! Just giving everyone an update on our last shred for 2020, as a team we lost 50kg and 150cm of body fat in only 6 weeks. Our Champion for the challenge is @disiconnon who came from behind to get the crown and lost 4.1kg and 19cm of body fat, well done Di. That’s 3 awards in less then a week my friend excellent work. ... I have to give a special announcement to @steven0994 who was leading our challenge for 5/6 weeks and lost an incredible 5.4kg and 20.5cm of body fat in only 6 weeks. There was less then a kilo and a few centimetres of body fat that separated first from second place, one of our closest challenges in LGFG History.

If you have trained 3 times this week you have one entry and every session you have completed after that is an additional entry. Also now if you have walked 10,000 steps 3 times this week you have one entry and every day you get 10,000 steps you have completed after that, you get an additional entry.... Please post in the comments (our members FB Page) how many sessions you have completed and when you did those sessions. Also if you can your steps as well that would be great.
