03.01.2022 Client Transformation 4 months ago Belsey had just come out of isolation after contracting COVID-19. He had lost a lot of strength and muscle after being ill and bed ridden all day.... Together we set a goal to get his strength not only back to where he was but to far exceed it. Also to pack on as much lean muscle as possible along the way. It wasn’t an easy 4 months, as his lungs had been fairly compromised by the virus. Resulting in us having to start off relatively slow and allowing long rests. But besides all that, Chris has now increased all his major lifts by over 20% and packed on a massive amount of muscle. Next step, we shred! (If he can go easy on the beers..) Well done legend!
