07.01.2022 Just about completed this major farm house renovation. Renovated bathroom kitchen laundry, interior painted, new carpet, asbestos removal, new electrical works, new front and back handrail & balustrade, small deck, 2 new windows and much more The property will be ready for auction on the 17th of October. Clients had the property valued at $570,000 in January 2019 and after spending approximately $80,000 on the renovation the realestate is expecting to fetch $750,000 minimum. It has been a pleasure working with them to achieve their goal of a value increasing renovation.
