11.01.2022 Congratulations to my male 8 week challenge winner for August/September @jarod_deluca. This legend dropped an incredible 11.4kgs of body fat over the 8 weeks which was 6% of his entire body fat percentage. Jarod’s confidence has shot through the roof and he was one of the hardest workers in the group...even getting Uber’s to training when he couldn’t get a lift. 07.01.2022 Congratulations to my female 8 week challenge winner for August/September @ashlee58. Ashlee was a deserved winner having dropped 11kgs while gaining 300grams of muscle. She also dropped 7% of her total body fat and smashed all of her strength testing...including a 110kg deadlift and 120kg barbell hip thrust. Ashlee will be joining me and the crew from @elevatefitnessescapes for an all inclusive trip to Bali in October as first prize. Well done girl! #8weektransformation #8weekchallenge #results
