22.01.2022 Title: "Pink Picnic" Part of my new Winter Collection, Water+Stone, for sale now only limted amount of prints available so get in quick. Order yours through my new website: https://www.liampreecephotography.com/water-stone The Story...... Well it was a rather mad dash across the mt William National Park to capture a sunset at Picnic rocks... Although not the desired shot the pink after glow in the sky filled the sky which was rather spectacular. After losing my lens filters the day before it made it tricky to try and capture the incredible nature of these rocks... Well as the sea rolled back it did leave a stunning reflection in the sand. The result I must say is a gift from god for making the effort I say haha. My disappointment was soon diminished to say the least haha. #discovertasmania #tasmania #bayoffires #waterandstone See more

22.01.2022 Title: "Glowing Cape Hauy" Not sure if a better day could have been asked for in the heights of winter. Photos can never really capture the sheer scale of these cliffs. A place like this needs to be personally experienced. It is a mighty glorious creation that we live in and if someone wants to try and tell me it all happened by accident so be it. To not acknowledge our creator is to de-value natural wonders, such as this, to just an accident. Accident and Coincidence have no... value, I choose to live with purpose. How will you choose to live? #discovertasmania #threecapestrack #tasmania #tasmaniaparks #tasmanpeninsula #capehauy Limited Edition Prints of this range from: 20" = $150 30" = $250 40" = $350

22.01.2022 Title: The Longing There is always those places you dream of one day going and longing to have the time to get there. This spot is one of those places. Though to do the full extent of the range one needs to be prepared for days of track trekking on uneven terrain and sudden changes in weather conditions. Going up this peak for sunset was certainly worth the degree of difficulty and care. I like to use this platform to really emphasize the point that one should not undergo an ...expedition such as this with out a degree of experience or without the right gear. It is ok to look longingly in a scene and know that you are not prepared to venture there. The world of instagram and social media has made it easy to post about the destination and fail to show the journey. So often we get so caught up wanting to get to that mountain top for that view, but if we fail to take into consideration how hard it is to get there. We first need to build up our strength, stamina and perseverance before we start that steep ascent to the top. So be the best version of you and have the courage to be confident in who you are and your abilities! God Bless Link: https://liampreecephotography.com/the-longing

21.01.2022 Title: "Road to Lomond" Must admit this is a bit of different editing technique I have been trying and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Some may recognise this as the top of Jacobs Ladder in Tasmanias north. The rather scary road that winds its way to the top of Ben Lomond. #discovertasmania #benlomond #northerntasmania #mountains Limited Edition Prints of this range from: 20" = $150... 30" = $250 40" = $350 See more

21.01.2022 While fires rage on across the state I would like to share a photo of new life. This is a cushion plant that had been burnt out in the lake Mackenzie fires of 2016 and is now showing us a sign of hope, as our world heritage wilderness is up in flames. While it may take time. All is not lost for as long as there is life in our wilderness there is always hope. #discovertasmania #tasmania #bushfire #regeneration #tasmaniaparks #worldheritage

20.01.2022 All set for the Tasmanian Makers Expo at Albert Hall tomorrow! New Notebooks have arrived and reduced prices on old stock. It would be great to see as many of you all there tomorrow between 9 and 4 #godbless

18.01.2022 Ever wondered what my photos look like on a wall?

17.01.2022 This place certainly lived up to its name "Rocky Cape" can confirm, it is very rocky! PRINTS: https://liampreecephotography.com/rocky-legacy .... . . #discovertasmania #tasmania #northwesttasmania #rockycape #summervibes #cradlecoast See more

17.01.2022 Gods love came rushing like a waterfall and if that wasnt enough he shone his light on it just to make it even more known. #discovertasmania #horseshoefalls #mtfield #tasmaniaparks #waterfall #naturalworld

17.01.2022 Every so often we encounter 'that place' which seems to refresh the soul. It is almost as though we have come face to face with an enchantment. In this case it was a holy enchantment where I had encountered an overwhelming sense of peace and awe at this rather remarkable little cascade. A place of Holy Enchantments. Order Here: https://liampreecephotography.com/a-holy-enchantment .... . . #discovertasmania #tasmania #waterfall #waterfallsoftasmania #tranquil #peace See more

15.01.2022 Will be selling 2019 Calendars tonight as well as prints and framed prints so jump along and get hands on them

15.01.2022 Praying for rain across the state tonight in the hope of preventing large devestation to our world heritage forests. Whilst this is all happening managed to get this stunning shot of reflections on our beloved Little Blue Lake the other day. Just a friendly reminder if you are visiting these places please pick up your rubbish it is disgusting the amount of waste lying around. Dont rely on others to pick up after you do it yourself so others dont have to. Please share this message around. #leavenotrace #discovertasmania #tasmania #littlebluelake #reflections #blue

15.01.2022 Title: Awaited Return Order Here: https://liampreecephotography.com/awaited-return Through the trying times of isolation and Uni online there was one place I was anxious to get back to get some of that fresh beach air. I think this was the first time I had actually seen Cimitiere Creek flowing directly into the sea and not block by a huge sand bank. Last night it decided to put on a bit of a show and was truly stunning!

15.01.2022 Happy New Year everyone!! Just want to take this chance to thank everyone for their support over the past year and wish aeveryone a safe and exciting 2019. Though it wasnt the sunrise I was hoping for it is still a nice spot to sit and be still. Its the first time I have really tried to get a decent shot of the Hazards so thats always nice! #discovertasmania #freycinet #tasmania #thehazards #colesbay #seascapes

14.01.2022 So everyone seems to be getting this shot now so thought I would give it a crack too! It is becoming a bit of popular or cliche shot of Jacobs Ladder at Ben Lomond and rightfully so. Its quite a stunning place and its only an hour out of Launceston. #discovertasmania #tasmania #benlomond #jacobsladder #mountain #sunset

14.01.2022 I have been busy designing a new range of Tasmanian Postcards. Here is a little sneak peek at a few of my favourites!

13.01.2022 Sometimes there is a photo that I take that I just have to share! I love being a photographer I get to appreciate just how beautiful of a place we live in. For all those who think Launceston is boring need to learn what they have before they lose it. #Launieforlife #discovertasmania #tasmania #launceston #cataractgorge #kingsbridge

13.01.2022 I do love Tasmania... Especially when it puts on shows like this one. It wasnt a dramatic sunrise, it was one that is still worth the 4am wake up call to the mountains. #discovertasmania #tasmania #quambybluff #sunrise #mountain

13.01.2022 Titled: "Path of Grace Gods path of grace is one of adventure with many twists and turns but oh so beautiful!! This is such an incredible place and though it may look like easy trekking the boardwalk is in short supply. Bog, rocks and plenty of water makes up the other ninety percent of this track. #discovertasmania #tasmania #mtfieldnationalpark #tasmaniaparks #tarnshelf #pathofgrace Limited Edition Prints of this range from: 20" = $150... 30" = $250 40" = $350 See more

13.01.2022 God created the Heavens and the Earth before he turned on the lights. Meaning that God created the Heavens and the Earth in complete darkness. He had a vision. He formed that vision without being able to physically see what it was he was creating. The world likes to tell us to lower our expectations and give us so called reality checks. When the reality is that when we are lowering our expectations we are limiting what God has called us to do. #discovertasmania #tasmania #westcoasttas #mtmurchison #wherethelighttouches

13.01.2022 If anyone is ever after stock images I encourage you to show me a bit of love it would be greatly appreciated. God Bless! https://www.shutterstock.com/g/Liam+Preece

13.01.2022 Things dont really work out as you plan but that doesnt mean it wont be spectacular, just keep your head in the clouds! #discovertasmania #tasmania #tassie #mountaintop #headintheclouds #mountains #clouds

13.01.2022 Its great to see new things pop up around this lovely little city that we have. This is monumet was designed by local architects at HONED Architecture + Design to comemorate the polish people who migrated to Tasmania. Already it is becoming a bit of an attraction on Launcestons waterfront and its great to little projects like sparking interest in our local community. #discovertasmania #launceston #cityoflaunceston #architectureanddesign #memorials

12.01.2022 It has taken me quite a few trips to finally get the shot that I was really desiring at this spot. One of my favourite beaches. Always listen to that prompting from deep inside you and the lord will provide. As much as our human mind wants to just curl up in a ball and ignore that voice, there is always that urge of regret if we dont listen. Quite often it is moments like these that we miss out on. #discovertasmania #tasmania #narawntapu #narawntapunationalpark #tasmaniaparks #beachsunset #sunset

12.01.2022 Sometimes when your brain tells you to just keep driving because its convenient but in your heart you know you should stop. This was one of those moments. A god moment. Never did we have any intention of stopping here but we did and I must say it was so worth it! #discovertasmania #tassie #tesselatedpavement #tasmanpeninsula #sunset #rockpool

12.01.2022 Title: Bathed in Red Order Here: https://liampreecephotography.com/bathed-in-red Was good to finally get out walking after a long semester of online classes and isolation. The breath of fresh air was certainly needed (no pun intended). I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe in these uncertain times.

10.01.2022 How many people go on night walks to the gorge? If you dont this is what it looks like! I think its kinda awesome personally. Must say I do love this city that we call Launceston its pretty awesome! #discovertasmania #Launceston #nightshots #thecartaractgorge City of Launceston Official

10.01.2022 New Calendars have arrived and are available to $20 each! Am so excited about these this year! #tasmania #2021

09.01.2022 If you are looking for something to do this friday night why not pop by this twilight market at Gateway Baptist Church - Launceston!?

08.01.2022 Title: "Hopeful Horizons" There are times where it is relevant to post photos like this. While there is only 10 days left until all assignments are handed in there are still quite a number of mountains to climb before the sun rises at the end of it. This does not even need to be about uni but could also just be about a circumstance or a time in your life. We just need to persevere and be patient waiting for the sun to rise and a new day to begin. If anyone would like to order a print, prints are available on my website: https://www.liampreecephotography.com/

08.01.2022 Title: "Daydreaming" It was just one of those days. Diffiuclt, cold, wet but very pretty and often frustrating. Even now going through photos like this one I dream about the places Id rather be and its moments like these that are at the heart of my daydreaming. Some would say "I wish moments like these would last forever" however in this moment I was very happy to get back to Harry (my trusty Honda Civic) and crank the heater. This is why I love doing what I do, because I ge...t to capture these moments and share them with you. God is great and paints the pictures that he wants me to capture and show to the world. God Bless and hope you like this shot! #discovertasmania #tasmania #wildcountry #mtfieldwest #tarnshelf #hobartandbeyond Limited Edition Prints of this range from: 20" = $150 30" = $250 40" = $350

08.01.2022 Hola!! If anyone is looking for something to do this weekend there are few markets happening. I will be selling calendars at significantly reduced prices and prints as well of course. Hope to see you all this weekend! Be blessed

06.01.2022 This is a relatively new asset to the Launceston waterfront and must say these old silos dont look to bad as hotel when its lit up at night. The remodel was designed by a prominent Launceston architecure firm ARTAS Architects. While its been a pretty grey couple of days still managed to get out and grab some snaps. Happy Friday! #discovertasmania #launceston #waterfront #nightshots #architecture

05.01.2022 It has been a summer filled with adventure and new experiences for that I am extremely grateful. Moments like this one will remain forever. That feeling of solitude but ever in the presence of the creator. For such a wild, rugged place there was a peace with only a gentle whisper of wind. I couldnt think of a better way to have my first encounter with Cape Pillar. The sun rose like a great reveal. Slowly it became visible, just how extraordinarily tall these sea cliffs were. #tasmania #discovertasmania #threecapestrack #tasmanpeninsula #capepillar #tasmanisland #sunrise

04.01.2022 A bit of a step away from my usual but something different is good right!? This was a fun little shoot with this joyous little fam! "Tears may flow in the night, but joy comes in the morning" - Psalm 30:5 (GNT) Joy can always be found in the most simplest of things. You guys are a blessing!

03.01.2022 All setup ready for tomorrow at the Albert Hall! Will be selling prints, calendars and notebooks all day tomorrow so be sure to come down and pay me a visit at least

02.01.2022 Bit of a watch this space moment! Soon you will be able to order prints online!

02.01.2022 "The Morning Sun" -Bay of Fires, TAS I do love long walks along the beach, especially beaches like this and especially at sunrise/sunset. Please note I am now selling all photos as limited edition prints so feel free to send me a message if you see a photo you would like to see hanging on your wall! ... #discovertasmania #tasmania #bayoffires #eastcoasttasmania #sunrise #beach #beachlife #summer

01.01.2022 This is the last week of my exhibition in Elaia Cafe Restaurant and I since I was given a generous discount on framing I have the flexibility to lower the price of the big print to $1200. This is a rare opportunity and a print this size at this price is a very rare opportunity. I would love to have been able to sell at least one of my prints in the 4 months. God Bless and hopefully I wont be taking this photo home next Friday!
