22.01.2022 One of the first things I loved when I saw the TM was the cheese grating, we go through a LOT of cheese. So each week I buy two blocks of cheese I keep one for slicing and grate the other block in the TM, 250 grams speed 6 for 6 seconds. In less than a minute I have 1 kilo of grated cheese, cheaper than the shops and without any nasties in it. It comes in so handy for making dinners like the lasagna that I made yesterday & when the kids are starving and need grated cheese NOW!!

13.01.2022 Last night I steam a fillet of beef in the varoma, chucked a bit of salt & pepper on it first then afterwards seared it in a pan for the browned look. Did some veg the basket and then roasted it in the oven. Beef came out nice and pink in the middle. Finished it off with a pepper sauce. Delish
