Technology has made life faster, and we somehow feel the hours in a day are still inadequate for all the things we need to do. It's as if we only have two speeds: fast and faster. 09.01.2022 Trust in the Healing Process and Keep the Faith! Developing true patience has been one of my greatest learned lessons on my healing journey. I used to want everything immediatelyinstant gratification. But healing doesn’t work like that. Healing is not instantaneous, or even fast. It’s a slow, up-and-down process full of twists and turns. It will feel scary, unpredictable, and wholly frustrating at times. Just when you think you’re starting to turn a corner, you’ll be sucke...d back under with a wave of horrible symptoms. This is how it goes. Two steps forward, one step back. In those moments where we experience flair ups, detox symptoms, or setbacks, we must try to keep the faith that all of our hard work is paying off and that we’re moving in the right direction. The human body is truly incredible. It’s always seeking health. When you cut your finger, your body immediately jumps into action to heal it, and lo and behold, it naturally heals over the next few days without any conscious action on your part. We need to trust that that same innate healing process is happening internally, even if we can’t see it most of the time. If we give our body the right tools (healing foods, supplements, and relaxation), our bodies will heal.

Possibly receiving certain vaccinations. In high amounts, mercury is one of the deadliest metals there is. What are some warning signs and side effects associated with mercury poisoning?
