13.01.2022 Dragon Boating has been shown to improve mobility and decrease lymphoedema post breast cancer treatment. It also increases your level of fun and laughter. Come down to the strand Townsville on a Saturday morning at 7am and give it a go.

05.01.2022 We may have to cancel the Encore Post Breast Cancer Exercise program that was due to commence this week in Townsville. If you are interested we need two more new people to enrol. We can delay to next week if need be. Please contact the number shown in the attachment. It would be a shame to lose this program in Townsville it has been running for 10 years but we need people to enrol to keep it going.
