This often occurs at times of massive and rapid change. We may be tempted to seek a place of safety and shelter, to ride out the storm. But in times like these there is much change and movement. If we shelter in the familiar, in safety, we may struggle to again find our direction. The gift of turbulence is to shake up the stale and familiar, to carry you from the environment that no longer works for you to one that’s entirely different and filled with new possibility. Begin by softly closing your eyes and ta...king three slow deep breaths. Imagine your breath becomes filled with a vibrant red light. Breathe this light into your body and out into the world. Next imagine your breath is filled with a glowing orange light. Breathe this light into your body and out into the world. Slowly breathe your way up through the rainbow spectrum of colours .. yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet. To finish imagine your breath is filled with a healing, protective, white light.
