24.01.2022 Victorians need hope. We need to hear more about the road out, than a longer road in. The Morrison Government will continue to do whatever we can to support Victorian families, workers & businesses.
24.01.2022 Another thing the State Labor Government wants Victorians to forget about. Share to keep them accountable.
24.01.2022 A very interesting interview to say the least. Come out and say what you think about communism as unfortunately it could be true.
22.01.2022 AGM season is upon us. Congrats to all those contesting positions all over the State.
22.01.2022 Yesterdays news that shouldnt be forgotten as it will affect us today & tomorrow!!

21.01.2022 Claiming credit for things and patting yourself on the back sometimes backfires. Another good example why the Victorian public needs to think long and hard who they vote in. https://www.theaustralian.com.au//4648daf87eaac3ec512768b3

20.01.2022 Daniel Andrews this Fathers Day is going to reveal a road map going forward. Talking about roads..... Interesting interview here where it is noted that by the time the next State Election comes around.... Labour wouldve been in govt for 29 of 40 years. Any wonder we are playing catchup on the real road map!! https://www.facebook.com/1341948429236701/posts/3091082434323283/

19.01.2022 Couldnt agree more, Josh Frydenberg.
19.01.2022 We don’t condone violence or destructive behaviour, but is Dan Andrews losing control?
18.01.2022 I have written to the Governor-General requesting he seek the approval of Her Majesty The Queen to retrospectively and posthumously award a Victoria Cross for A...ustralia Ordinary Seaman Edward Teddy Sheean. Teddy Sheeans actions were selfless and brave. He was just 18 years old when HMAS Armidale came under attack during the Second World War. He ignored orders to abandon the sinking ship. Forgoing his opportunity for survival, he turned and ran back from the lifeboats to instead strap himself in to the aft Oerlikon gun to engage the attacking Japanese aircraft to protect his crew mates, despite being wounded. He continued firing the gun until the ship sank and took him to his death. There have been 100 VCs awarded to Australians. Not one has ever been awarded retrospectively well after the event. When doing so you must apply the highest standards, or you risk undermining our most important award for valour, and risk rejection of the recommendation. The Australian Governments view has always been that consideration of the awarding of a retrospective VC would only occur in light of compelling new evidence, or if there was evidence of significant maladministration. This has been the bipartisan policy of governments for many years. In June I appointed an expert panel, led by Hon Dr Brendan Nelson, to reconcile the conflicting advice of the two reviews of Teddy Sheeans case conducted in 2013 and 2019, which had prevented the Government moving forward with a recommendation. These reviews were of equal standing and had come to different conclusions. Dr Nelsons expert panel has now clarified these issues and identified further compelling new evidence and concluded Teddy Sheean should be awarded with a Victoria Cross. Teddy Sheeans extraordinary service, dedication and courageous sacrifice of his life to save his shipmates will never be forgotten.

13.01.2022 The government is unveiling a multi-million dollar plan to help claw the country out of recession. The new HomeBuilder program will see the government offer Au...stralians $25,000 to build or renovate a home. It comes with conditions including using external tradesmen and spending at least $150,000 on renovations. The work must commence within three months of the contract date, and doesnt extend to external projects like pools and sheds. More Details: https://7news.link/2MrXlOd #HomeBuilder #7NEWS

11.01.2022 Join me tonight at 8pm for a Sky News Exclusive. 'Deadly Decisions: Victoria's Hotel Quarantine Catastrophe.' I'll be taking a deep dive into Victoria’s hotel ...quarantine debacle. Two security company insiders break their silence. Plus I speak to shattered families, business owners and politicians. I know we want to move on and we’re all willing life to get back to normal. But we owe the 800 Victorians who lost their lives and business owners on their knees, the truth following the incompetence of the Andrews government. Mistakes were made. We get that. But it’s the cover-up that should condemn them. Contracts that fail even basic probity. Witnesses ready to speak up who were never called. The ADF on their way, but then turned around at the border. The lies, the I don’t knows from politicians who know everything. And an Inquiry that cannot be allowed to look at the other way. I know too many people who lost everything this year. Lost family to COVID, or suicide, lost their business, lost their hope. Daniel Andrews wants this to go away. Please help me find out the truth. If government fails us, our justice system can’t fail us as well. Join me at 8pm AEDT on Sky News Australia or the WIN Network.
11.01.2022 Well done Cindy

10.01.2022 Daniel Andrews blamed families, then he blamed young people, and last week he refused ADF support. Only now as the situation has hit a crisis point has Andrews finally admitted a failure of his own quarantine program that has led to Victorias coronavirus spike.
08.01.2022 Can you guess in which city and country this photograph was taken, and for which totalitarian regime this heavily armed strike force are acting on behalf of earlier today ? See : https://www.news.com.au///2bdb14c9b4a9b9177bfe5fc50360cafc
08.01.2022 1. Set your alarm (it may sound silly if youre off work) but routine is important for your mental health. Set it for a time that you feel is sensible. Perhaps 8am? As a suggestion. Once you wake up, dont instantly reach for your phone and fill your brain with other peoples lives and the news. Just get up and make your bed, and get dressed, so you dont feel tempted to get back in it! Leave your phone alone until youve done your morning routine. It takes 2 weeks to form a...nd break habits. 2. If the weathers nice, open a window facing the sun and get a bit of natural daylight on your skin and some fresh air, or if you have the luxury of a garden, go and sit outside and have your breakfast. Listening to the sounds of nature is also proven to have positive effects on your mental health too. Your Natural circadian rhythm has a huge effect on your mood, sleep and metabolism as well as many other positives. 3. Plan your meals: shopping has become an even more laborious task now that we have to do it alone but also queue to even get in the supermarket, so make a plan of each meal 3 times a day and snacks and make a shopping list to ensure you dont miss anything off and have to make more unnecessary trips. Count your calories using an app, like myfitnesspal. You now have time to think about what you eat, make healthier choices and have a go at cooking something interesting too. 4. Try not to drink caffeine all day long, it affects your hydration, adrenal system and even interrupts your hormones too. Drink plenty of water and youll feel more alert and well. Wean yourself gradually over a week or so. 5. Take advantage of your local gyms and trainers doing online fitness classes, try something new in the comfort of your own home. Not only will you feel better as exercise releases endorphins but youll help your metabolism too as well as make you sleep more soundly. Exercise is imperative for good mental health so make it a priority. There are so many youtube videos you can use for free so theres nothing to lose. 6. Set up a regular group chat with family or friends to stay in touch, whether its a virtual garden party or dinner party, get creative and it will give you something to look forward to. 7. Practice gratefulness every day. Instead of focussing on all the negatives of this situation, try to say out loud everything youre grateful for, for example, your family, friends, fridge full of food, your lovely home, your health. Being grateful is the true path to happiness and we can all practice that every day. We hope you enjoyed reading and feel inspired to try new things. Let us know if you have any tips by heading to our socials and leaving a comment.

06.01.2022 Too much plastic is ending up in our oceans and rivers. When I talk to kids in schools, its one of the things they always talk to me about. We have to clean u...p our waterways and were getting serious about making that happen. Today we have introduced landmark new laws in Parliament that see Australia take responsibility for the waste we produce and bans the export of our unprocessed plastic, paper, glass and used tyres. This legislation complements our $1 billion plan to turbocharge Australias recycling capacity, which will create 10,000 new jobs and divert more than 10 million tonnes of waste from landfill.
