21.01.2022 One of my all time favourite poems... The Old Brown Horse : The old brown horse looks over the fence ... In a weary sort of way. He seems to be saying to all who pass: W ell, folks, Ive had my day- Im simply watching the world go by, And nobody seems to mind, As theyre dashing past in their motor-cars, A horse who is lame and half-blind." The old brown horse has a shaggy coat, But once he was young and trim, And he used to trot through the woods and lanes With the man who was fond of him. But his master rides in a motor-car, And it makes him feel quite sad When he thinks of the days that used to be, And of all the times they had. From the 30th of May travel throughout NSW is permitted, so to kick this wonderful news of...f, we are offering one nights accomodation as a prize. 18.01.2022 2020 is an exciting year and we at Liberty Estate cant wait for it! We have a very special event coming up early next year. Its an over night adventure. It involves arriving with your horse and unpack your over night bag as you get to stay in the Liberty Retreat and Farm Stay tiny homes.... First day youll arrive in the afternoon and settle your horses in, then the humans will go on an adult themed treasure hunt on the bush trails, prize up for grabs. Then enjoy dinner, drinks at the entertainment area with music, play darts and pool. Next morning youll wake up to a yoga class and a yummy breakfast. Then we tack up the horses and trail ride to Canoelands Orchards for lunch. After lunch we ride back and do the Liberty Estate trails then free time to just relax. Event finishes at 4pm where you will load your horse up and go home This event has limited spaces (only 4 people per cabin) 8 in total. So if you have horsey friends, get in quick. Comment below if you are keen to reserve a spot. Total cost is $160, only over 18yrs sorry. Includes: Breakfast Lunch Dinner Accomodation Horse paddock Yoga 2 glasses of Wine at dinner - BYO if you will drink more than 2 glasses The first event will be on 8th Feb 2020.

18.01.2022 UPDATE - Nala is now Leased out to two lovely little girls Free lease childs pony - the best childrens pony is now on offer for a free lease. This little pony has taught so many children how to ride. Shes 100% honest and does everything! Her only vice is she is a little girthy.... She must stay on the property at Ghostwood Equestrian for the lease but its at reduced Agistment fees. All gear comes with her, rugs, saddle etc. Please let me know if your keen to come and meet Nala.

10.01.2022 The girls took their horses over to Liberty Estate at Canoelands for an amazing day of trail rides and then they ended their ride with a swim in the dam with their horses. Who else remembers doing this as child? These are the most special memories.

Only 10 places available, please PM me to reserve your spot. Meet at Liberty Estate at 11:30 - 12pm and saddle up by 12:30 to ride to Canoelands Orchards where you can go and pick your own fruit and buy some local honey. Enjoy lunch there with a drink and a tractor ride around the orchard... Then we ride back to Liberty Estate and do the trails there. This wonderful horse outing is $60 which includes lunch. Only 10 spaces available. Come and have some fun with your horse!12:30 - 3:30pm.

04.01.2022 **Ghost is now leased*** The most amazing horse is available for free lease. Ghosty has finished teaching his lovely previous leaser and now shes off to take on the world. Ghost is a school master that is perfect and has no vices. He doesnt shy, buck, bite, doesnt do anything wrong at anytime. Hes what you would classify as the perfect horse.... Hes 162hd, 25yrs. Hes looking for a person that needs confidence built, he is kind, and wants to share moments together. He is a push button horse that is always perfectly behaved. Ghost is one in a million. Due to his age we dont want him jumping or eventing. He loves trails and dressage and will teach anyone. He will be homed at Ghostwood Equestrain at a heavily reduced rate in Agistment. Full board for this wonderful horse is offered at $200 per week. If you think Ghost is the one for you please PM me. Ghost is the grey in the photo.

01.01.2022 Updated: all vacancies are now taken. To all my horsey friends, exciting news Liberty Estate Agistment over the next 3 months is moving to Dural and will merge with Ghostwood Equestrian. Please like the Ghostwood Equestrian FB page to keep up to date with all that is happening. Ghostwood Equestrian has a full size indoor soiltex dressage arena, stables, hot/cold indoor wash bay and outside wash bay. The tack room has lockable lockers for your gear and all day yards have shel...ters. Post and rail fencing with electrics The indoor is available for hire. Please PM me for any questions you may have. The horses agisting at Liberty Estate have now almost all move to Ghostwood.
