14.01.2022 I don’t know how deeply you have questioned what you believe about why you’re alive... but I can fully relate to this Nobel prize winning fellow. The first ‘gulp’... the first question that you give yourself permission to ask... the first moment you allow your mind to consider ideas and theories about life that are different to yours... that first glance into the overwhelmingly complex nature of the world we live in... opening your mind to truth can very much shake you and ma...ybe even tear down some walls that you thought were stable and foundational to your being.... This can be a place of terror, dread and loneliness if you’ve experienced this for the first time- but to me, it’s a wonderfully confusing and eerily quiet space where you are free to imagine and ponder with no judgement or fear- it’s a space that leaves you feeling small but full of anticipation of new revelation. If I keep drinking from the cup- if I Keep boldly asking deeper questions... God is definitely waiting at the bottom every time. See more

13.01.2022 The religious spirit tells us that we are unworthy, badly behaved, sinful-natured, death-awaiting, spiritless, loveless people. Heaven is a distant place that we can only enter after death and only if we live a life of high church attendance, good behaviour and an understanding that we are wretched, sinful people with no purpose in life but to convert sinners and wait around for Jesus to come back. but Jesus showed us that we are people of a healing nature, a faith nature..., a worthy nature!! God is about love, inclusiveness, power and participation in life, He is a giver of life! - we are together in oneness with Him; we are a valuable and important part of not only creation, but His family. Heaven and earth respond to us and what we believe about who we are and why we are alive. Know your nature and purpose by knowing God- by talking to Him, imagining Him, finding His face and looking deep within your heart and mind to find that small voice that is calling you to be more than you think you could ever be. 08.01.2022 Connection. We weren’t meant to go alone. When was the last time you sat down with a close friend and had an honest conversation about your deepest fears, your biggest questions, your regrets and your mistakes? When did you last be brave and share your dreams and desires with a real person and not your Pinterest board? There is beauty in vulnerability. Power in confession. When you speak your fears out loud, you actually find courage. Find your person, your trusted, safe and loving person- pour a tea (or a wine) and have an intentional conversation. Don’t speak about other people, don’t speak about the weather, don’t speak about your weight, your money or your Wishlist. Speak about truth, life, what really matters and connect by sharing your hearts.

The overflow/outcome/outward expression/manifestation that we all desire is a direct response to the work we do inwardly. On a simple level- this is about forgiveness, worthiness, knowing the voice of God, knowing the character of God. On a very deep and complex level, this is about ... forgiveness, wor...thiness, knowing the voice of God, knowing the character of God... okay, that was a bit cheeky but it’s true! We need to keep thinking, questioning, walking, circling around what is truth and growing through it together with our Creator... The overflow of that kind of relationship with God is what touches the hearts of others around you. The overflow is what brings life and healing to this world.
