24.01.2022 Molly jumps on Bam for the paddock ride back

24.01.2022 Oh my gosh, I have some work to do to get riding fit!!! Vvazz is so patient with me, bless him.

23.01.2022 Our Mount Kosciuszko Brumby, Blue is also starting under saddle. He communicated the process had to be taken slowly, but he does want to be ridden eventually. Blue is such an amazing little fellow and a very important addition to our herd. We never want to break his wild spirit, rather work in a partnership of love, trust and respect.

23.01.2022 And last but not least, introduction to bridle and bit. Huge day for Bam bam today.

23.01.2022 Bam had his time of just being a horse and settle into our new heard. So today we started to second part of his training journey, and has 100% ready to have a job to do. I can't tell you how excited I was to see Molly in the saddle on Banjo for the first time !!!! Our goal is to have him herding cattle in preparation for team penning comps in 8 week. Bam's a super freak, working cattle at liberty in the paddocks. I swear all you'll have to do is point him at a mob of cattle and just hang on, he knows what he had to do

22.01.2022 So many first in lesson today! Doing a solo ride out up the road without Bam's mate Danny. Feet in stirrups and lots of conversation with the reins, all new and a little challenging. I had to step up and handle my energy to be the leader in stressful situations. The results were immediate release and relaxation into the learning.. Paddock ride on uneven ground , he even handled a few little stumbles with Molly on board.... Rein and leg yeald turn in the round yard solo, perfectly executed both times, amazing. And what a trooper Banjo was, so proud of him. Awesome lesson Lara. Thank you so much xxxx See more

17.01.2022 Modeling his new market Rug

17.01.2022 What an amazing milestone Banjo reached today... so proud of him and overjoyed for our trainer Lara, their journey has been remarkable, at every new challenge the mutual love, trust and courage has helped him rise strong everytime. I know there have been the doubters, those who believed Banjo was to traumatised to handle and this is exactly why I chose liberty training. Every step of the way we have listened to Banjo and each big new step has been his choice... he pushes thr...ough his fear and steps up every time! With Laras steady leadership and spirit supporting and guiding him to embrace the joy of partnership. I have always know Bam could do it, and today when ge came and told me he was scared and confused we looked deep into each other and I said, "I know Bam, but you've got this. I believe in you" And he so did! Thanks to Molly and Danny for supporting Banjo and Lara today too. This journey with Bam is literally mychildhood dream coming true! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=2690096501208496&id=1777261159158706

16.01.2022 Well have a look at my brave man! It was blowing a gale with lost of potentially scary things going on. And he still came through like a trouper. check out Banjo flying solo with Lara on board, Molly even hopped up too. So proud of everyone!

16.01.2022 Looking so good together

13.01.2022 Beautiful Bam today..

12.01.2022 Banjo is definitely a horse who needs to be seen and heard, and when his head is full of lions and tigers, yes, he will freeze too. https://www.facebook.com/Warwickschillerfanpage/videos/189323276010141/

10.01.2022 HomWork... saddled up and working walk

10.01.2022 Hanging out with Bam after a brush, feed and graze session.. he's such a character!

09.01.2022 First time being ridden through the gate and back across the road to his paddock. Go Bam and Molly! It may not seem a big deal to some, but I celebrate every first in Banjos journey. He has come such a long way from the terrified abused colt we saved from being trucked to the meat works.... It's so beautiful seeing his trust in us paying off, this phase of training means he will live a life of purpose, choosing to be in partnership with his special humans.

09.01.2022 How much does this mini love a bath!!!

08.01.2022 Amazing transformation from this frightened, unhandled, underweight and traumatized little Colt who we rescued on last day of October 2016 pictures below on his first day here with us on 1.11.16... to this handsom confident healthy colt who is coming along beautifully with his liberty training, eating his brekki and saying hello to me this morning. It is so amazing what TLC, good food and LoVe can do for animals, and humans alike

05.01.2022 RIP Subbie, old mates together again.

05.01.2022 Bam working with Geoff in long reins, learning aids and developing courage in moving forward by himself.

03.01.2022 How amazing is this, Banjo navigating the causeway which is currently under water, chest deep in one part. He carried Lara through safety even though he was a little unsure. So very proud of him and have so much gratitude for our wonderful trainer liberty Lara, without whom this journey would not have been possible. I want to acknowledge Molly and Danny, for their patient support of Banjo, they provide the moral support to enable Bam to find his courage each step of the way. Thank you darling xxx #namasteholisticequitation
