24.01.2022 Our annual Carols by Candlelight in Port Vila on Sunday night brought together a crowd of about 18,000 at the Saralana! Families were so blessed again by the event which included 2,000 gifts lovingly prepared for the younger children. Video of the spectacular night coming soon!

22.01.2022 Our Face to Face worship convention in Vanuatu in mid-2017 was awesome and transformative! Our plans for another similar convention this year are cancelled because of the border closures, and so instead we've circulated videos of the 2017 convention throughout Vanuatu. 20.01.2022 We are currently collecting food supplies to ship from Newcastle, Australia to Vanuatu for our 2020 nutrition program. Every day students at LifeChanger Christian College Vanuatu are offered a free meal option. The reality for most of our families is that they can only provide 1 solid meal per day to their children. Our students often come to school with little or no food. Since introducing our daily nutrition program, we have see dramatic increase in health and wellbeing in our students. This then improves their ability to learn and focus in class. We are in need of tinned vegetables, powdered milk and finance to purchase bulk weetbix and help cover shipping costs... 19.01.2022 The young people from Liberty Christian Centre in Oriental Mindoro were busy all last week buying, packaging and taking food to 200 families who have no incomes due to their Covid-19 restrictions. The government has provided some help, but it doesn’t always reach everyone. These next two weeks the island is back in severe lockdown again, including no going outside of their homes to buy food.

After finishing her Development and Pacific Studies at uni (in NZ), she is now volunteering at our school in Port Vila, tutoring staff and students in computers and developing new opportunities for student pathways after school. 10.01.2022 This weekend in Oriental Mindoro, the Philippines has been an incredible time of God’s Spirit at work in people’s lives... bringing healing and salvation to so many! What a wonderful experience for the young Filipino Christians from Liberty Christian Centre, who prayed together with the team of Aussies and saw the miracles, freedom and joy happening up close as they prayed!

Mark will be training senior students in vocational skills for the rest of the year, and Kerry will continue her excellent work coordinating our early learning program. It’s a privilege to have them. 07.01.2022 The Pacific nation of Kiribati has been the focus of much of our prayer and attention this past week and the days leading up! Made up of 32 atolls and 1 raised coral island, its location is roughly 6,500km east of PNG and not far from Nauru. God’s call for us to go there has been very clear, and there are groups of people in other countries praying earnestly for the fulfilment of what He wants to do! Today, the final day of Steve’s first visit, he ministered at the Uniting Ch...urch Theological College and the Assemblies of God congregations in Tarawa. The sense of God’s presence on His Word was so strong, and after the preaching the people burst forth in responses with fiery prophesying and beautiful, sweet worship! What God has done in these past few days is awesome and powerful! We are so privileged to be a part of His good plans for the future of these people, and so thankful for their invitation. See more

04.01.2022 Students at our school in Port Vila, Vanuatu who are studying building construction visited a building site this week. Here they are, learning with tutor Graham Bule and Jon Blake, how to read and interpret building plans and specfications. Schools in Vanuatu were closed for a short time, but are back to normal again!

02.01.2022 Steve is on his first mission to Kiribati (formerly the Gilbert Islands) in the Pacific! It’s a trip for being with God’s people there who feel forgotten because of the isolation, for teaching and preaching to Pastors, evangelism and meetings with government and community leaders. Pray and believe for God encounters and miracles!
