We want to assure you that we are proactively taking steps to ensure we can provide you with safe access to shopping and other services. We continue to closely monitor the advice being given by the Australian Department of Health to ensure we are taking all appropriate steps to mitigate against the risk of transmission of the infection. We will continue to implement the highest levels of hygiene practises and strict cleaning standards, and have also introduced a number of additional measures. We have taken considered measures and will continue to take these measures to ensure the fun and safety for you and your children, including: We have undertaken a deep clean of the entire play area in each location.... Each play area will be cleaned with commercial grade disinfectant regularly throughout the day and again overnight. We are limiting the number of kids in the play area at a time the larger outdoor area is restricted to 10 children at a time, the smaller area on level one is restricted to 5 children at a time and the area in the parent's room is restricted to 3 children at a time. 01.01.2022 CUSTOMER UPDATE | We have been informed by NSW Heath that a customer who has tested positive for COVID-19 visited our centre on Tuesday 1st September at 3.30pm for a period of approx. 50 minutes The customer visited Aldi, Kmart and Fresh Asiana Grocer. NSW Health have advised that no one during this period have been identified as a close contact or at adverse risk. Notwithstanding and in-line with current NSW Health recommendations, all customers should monitor themselves for... symptoms. There is no need to self-isolate. As a precaution, a full deep clean of the centre was voluntarily conducted following this incident.
