06.01.2022 For the first time in a long time I’ve done something for myself! It’s also the first time I don’t hold an active gym membership! I’m starting to work from home. And it feels great! Over the last 2 years I have studied and held down two jobs sometimes being awake for 18-20 hours a day. Wouldn’t change it for the world, loved every minute. When Covid-19 hit and gyms closed I spent so much time with my family I realised just how much I was missing out on and just how much they ...missed me and needed me. I thought I had it all balanced just right. I recently made the decision to quit my PT job and be present at home. I’m absolutely loving it. So today I completed my own work out in my own gym in my own home. ( now I feel sorry for my past clients ) I’m bloody knackered but feeling good, feeling positive and looking forward to getting back to me. ** sorry for the bright white legs!!
